Manufacturing Defects (30-Day Coverage): If your item has any manufacturing defect, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We fully cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind or Usage Guarantee (3-Day Window): Changed your mind or want to return a non-defective item? No worries! You can request a return within 3 days of delivery. Note: In this case, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refunded amount, and items must be in their original, unused packaging.

How to Request: To start a return or exchange, DM us on Instagram @hazalya.official or email us at support@hazalya.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Refund Processing:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via a bank transfer or an agreed-upon payment method within 1 to 3 days.
